Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Charlotte
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics

Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with weekly payroll processing beneficial
