Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match talent with opportunities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including onboarding support
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement KPIs
- Leverage digital platforms and networking for talent acquisition
- Maintain accurate candidate database in ATS systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
