Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates through advanced recruitment strategies and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure perfect candidate-job matches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize our proprietary ATS to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly KPIs
- Stay current on industry trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and CRM software
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Valid Washington state driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
