Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical and executive roles
- Build and maintain relationships with 15-20 active client accounts in San Jose/SF
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews for engineering roles
- Present compelling market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
- Drive new business development through targeted outreach and networking
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction rate
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, or product managers
- Expertise in Silicon Valley tech talent landscape and compensation trends
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Strong technical understanding of at least one programming language
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field
