Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ hiring managers monthly
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, assessments, and onboarding
- Leverage CRM tools to track metrics and optimize recruitment pipelines
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Present innovative staffing solutions to C-suite executives
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized career coaching
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in recruitment or staffing sales
- Proven track record of exceeding placement targets (minimum 30 placements/year)
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent staffing credentials preferred
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
