Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates for urgent client openings using ATS, LinkedIn, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-fill positions within 48 hours
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling technical roles (software engineers, data scientists)
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Strong network of passive candidates in Columbus tech scene
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent searches while meeting SLAs
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
