Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand positions in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups
- Source and engage top-tier talent through advanced sourcing techniques and networking
- Execute client-specific staffing strategies with 95% fill rate target
- Lead candidate interviews, assessments, and placement negotiations
- Utilize our proprietary ATS to optimize recruitment workflows and KPIs
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal production goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- PHX-based candidates with local market knowledge strongly preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client meetings
