Responsibilities
- Execute a full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates in permanent and temporary roles.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through active networking, social media, and direct sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific talent needs.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and talent gaps in the Indianapolis market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional client service and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Salesforce, Jobvite).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Indianapolis metro area for client meetings.
