Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for temporary and permanent positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in high-demand roles
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client KPIs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and client satisfaction metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Chicago's labor market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
