Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify high-potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and negotiate competitive offers.
- Contribute to the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Manage and track job orders to ensure timely placements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Bullhorn, iCIMS, or similar ATS platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
