Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for full-time positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and compensation trends
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including social media recruitment and talent mapping
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes and candidate experiences
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and client satisfaction metrics
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean techniques
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics tools
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
