- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent Desert Talent Solutions at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Tucson's job market and industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
