Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent and contract positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Develop creative recruitment strategies leveraging digital platforms, networking, and industry events
- Manage candidate pipelines through full lifecycle recruitment process from interview to placement
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records in ATS systems and provide regular performance metrics to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs in competitive markets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Strong knowledge of San Jose's tech industry and talent landscape
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
