Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships with Louisville-area businesses to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, networking, and referrals
- Facilitate the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement and onboarding
- Conduct market analysis to stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities
- Implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates and fill hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experiences
- Track key performance metrics including placement rates, client satisfaction, and revenue generation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales with proven track record of meeting targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and candidate interviews
- Deep understanding of Louisville's job market and local business landscape preferred
