Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and business objectives
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews using behavioral assessment techniques
- Leverage ATS platforms and social media to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Tucson's local employment landscape
