Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates through innovative sourcing strategies
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure exceptional onboarding experiences
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent solutions to clients
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment/staffing sales with proven track record
- Expertise in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with client and candidate interactions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
