Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates in full-time roles across IT, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage CRM tools and social media to build diverse talent pipelines
- Conduct market analysis to position candidates competitively
- Maintain 100% compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
- Collaborate with team to achieve quarterly placement and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in staffing or recruitment agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement quotas
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (client site visits required)
