Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Healthcare, Finance)
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Baltimore-based businesses
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for billings and client satisfaction
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Represent agency at Baltimore networking events and job fairs
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience with Baltimore market knowledge
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-based structure
- Valid driver's license for local client meetings
