Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and technology
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and placement success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of El Paso's local job market and industry landscape
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
