Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent/temporary positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain robust client partnerships through strategic business development
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Represent Premier Staffing at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment, staffing, or agency sales with proven track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport at all organizational levels
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Professional certification (CPC, CSP) preferred but not required
