Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and needs analysis
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: job posting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends to identify talent gaps and recommend strategic staffing solutions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage recruitment pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding and candidate attraction
- Meet monthly KPIs for placements, client satisfaction, and revenue generation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing industry experience with proven placement success
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social media sourcing
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with track record of meeting targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
