Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships with Colorado Springs businesses across tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize candidate experience and client satisfaction
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including social media recruitment and niche job boards
- Track KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong network of Colorado Springs professionals and industry connections
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of Colorado Springs labor market dynamics
