Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and permanent roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage LinkedIn and niche job boards to identify passive talent
- Conduct candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and placement terms
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive hiring strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in Austin's tech, creative, or professional services sectors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
