Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across technical, administrative, and professional roles
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, background checks, and onboarding support
- Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and contract staffing solutions
- Utilize our proprietary ATS and CRM systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement targets
- Participate in industry networking events to expand agency presence and market intelligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in San Diego market
- Proven track record of meeting sales and placement metrics
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification preferred
