Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and logistics
- Develop and maintain strong client partnerships to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for efficiency
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, CTS) preferred
