Responsibilities
- Source and qualify top-tier candidates through targeted recruitment campaigns
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and industry trends
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct market analysis to position candidates competitively
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in meeting placement KPIs and revenue targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Knowledge of Tucson's labor market and key industries
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
