Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in IT, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent recommendations to clients
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets in competitive markets
- Expert knowledge of Houston's talent landscape and key industries
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for complex roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification preferred
