Responsibilities
- Conduct active sourcing and outreach to identify potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Screen and interview qualified applicants to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for open positions across multiple industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and draft effective job descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires to ensure retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software (experience is a bonus).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and earn uncapped commissions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
