Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone interviews and resume reviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Update and maintain candidate databases in our CRM system
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary and permanent placements
- Build relationships with local job seekers and hiring managers
- Support marketing initiatives to attract top talent
- Track placement metrics and contribute to team reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- No prior staffing or recruitment experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
