- Resume Matching: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to match candidates with open positions based on skill sets and availability.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and compliance training.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive offers to candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in San Diego, CA.
