- Assist in matching qualified candidates with open positions within our client network.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate databases and contact information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Participate in training programs to develop recruitment strategies and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (College degree is a plus but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
