Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
- Utilize advanced recruiting tools and social media platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Negotiate offers and contract terms with both clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry contacts.
- Track metrics and performance to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or high-volume sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
