Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent roles across Las Vegas industries
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding with weekly pay integration
- Build and maintain robust relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Execute targeted recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies throughout the hiring process
- Track and optimize key recruitment metrics to maximize placement efficiency
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure seamless weekly pay implementation for candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing industry experience in Las Vegas market
- Proven track record of placing candidates across diverse industries (hospitality, healthcare, tech preferred)
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment methodologies
- Strong understanding of Las Vegas workforce dynamics and talent pools
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate win-win outcomes
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
