Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry placements
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses
- Utilize CRM systems to track placements and performance metrics
- Facilitate candidate interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Drive business development through proactive client outreach
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Strong understanding of Cleveland's job market dynamics
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
