Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (manufacturing, healthcare, IT, logistics)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding processes
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for talent acquisition
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Strong knowledge of Ohio's job market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
