Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and soft skill requirements.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and salary negotiations.
- Post job descriptions and optimize job postings for maximum visibility.
- Provide exceptional client service and candidate relationship management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in competitive roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly placement targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Local to San Francisco or willing to relocate.
