Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for diverse industries (Healthcare, IT, Engineering, Finance).
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
- Consult with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and market trends.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (B2B experience a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Pennsylvania.
