Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new business leads and build a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Interview and assess potential candidates to determine their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Job Matching: Utilize our extensive client network to match qualified candidates with open positions in various industries.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with our client companies to understand their hiring needs and provide top-tier talent.
- Process Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and onboarding new hires.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and market conditions in the Phoenix area to provide accurate guidance to candidates.
- Reporting: Track daily activities and progress toward sales targets using our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruitment experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to set and achieve personal and team goals.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel to client sites and interviews.
