Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across healthcare, tech, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using ATS platforms and social recruiting
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing requirements and job specifications
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to candidate placement
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding processes
- Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses and industry associations
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, etc.)
- Valid driver's license for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SPHR or CER certification a plus
