Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced search techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to candidates and clients.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Placement Management: Negotiate offers and facilitate the successful placement of talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (internships considered with strong academic performance).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Raleigh, NC office.
