Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate staffing needs in Virginia Beach
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and job readiness
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems with 48-hour turnaround goals
- Partner with Virginia Beach businesses to understand staffing requirements
- Facilitate onboarding for temporary and contract placements
- Maintain compliance with federal and Virginia staffing regulations
- Track key metrics: fill rates, time-to-hire, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruiting experience
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach's job market and industry sectors
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- Relevant staffing certifications (CPSR, CSP) preferred
- Valid Virginia driver's license for local client meetings
