Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers at client companies to understand talent needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative sourcing campaigns
- Meet and exceed monthly placement KPIs while maintaining exceptional candidate satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical or professional staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling roles in San Francisco's competitive market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and industry networks
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills to interpret talent market trends and client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
