Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (healthcare, IT, manufacturing, etc.)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for immediate temporary-to-permanent roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and candidate pipelines
- Present innovative staffing solutions to client businesses
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
