Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of industries including administrative, light industrial, and professional services.
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Building and maintaining a robust network of local Charlotte talent and hiring managers.
- Managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Ensuring all compliance and legal documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed daily/weekly targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
