Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to advise clients on competitive talent strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS platform
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or professional roles
- Strong knowledge of North Carolina's talent market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- SHRM or CSP certification preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license required for client meetings
