Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with potential job candidates to assess their skills and experience.
- Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and networking strategies to source and attract qualified talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Attend local job fairs and community events to represent Coastal Talent Group.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- No prior recruitment experience required; we provide all necessary training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
