Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to ensure optimal job-candidate alignment
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing campaigns leveraging digital platforms and networking
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application placement to onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in our ATS system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of proven success in agency or corporate recruitment with full-cycle experience
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and optimize hiring processes
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
