Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify top-tier candidates for open positions across Oklahoma City
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies leveraging digital platforms and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
