Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse staffing assignments across IT, healthcare, finance, and light industrial sectors
- Build and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at Milwaukee-based Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect role matches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Present compelling candidate packages and negotiate offers with both candidates and clients
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent recommendations to key clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with proven placement track record
- Deep understanding of Milwaukee's talent landscape and industry-specific skill requirements
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across all professional levels
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven recruitment decisions and performance reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume assignments simultaneously
- Relevant certifications (CERS, CSP) or bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
