Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech talent through advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clients in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud computing sectors
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Utilize ATS systems like Greenhouse and Lever for pipeline management
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to both clients and candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within a staffing agency or high-volume tech environment
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with deep knowledge of Silicon Valley tech stacks
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
- Relevant certifications (CPSM, CTS, or SHRM-CP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
